POC (“Piece of Cake”) was initiated by French photographer Charles Fréger and connects young European and North American artists whose favourite medium is photography. This network enables artists to interact as they create, produce and distribute their works. Most of the projects are in between documentary and art photography.

POC’s main activities:
1 - Networking activities. POC organises meetings (workshops) around Europe, sometimes resulting in an exhibition;
2 – Publishing books of European photographers, including POC members.
