CENTER OF CONTEMPORARY CULTURE BARCELONA / CENTRE DE CULTURA CONTEMPORàNIA DE BARCELONA
The CCCB is a reference source for culture in the city of Barcelona, a platform for artistic and creative experimentation, for debate and reflection. It’s a multidisciplinary centre, with a programme of exhibitions, films, festivals, courses, debates, lectures, music, dance and urban itineraries.
The CCCB promotes artistic research, backs research on exhibition formats, exports its in-house productions to other national and international arts centres, museums and institutions, and generates debate and reflection on the city and the public domain, as well as other issues and current affairs.
The CCCB covers 15,000 m2: three galleries, two lecture halls, an auditorium, a bookstore, a giftshop, a café and a multipurpose space. Some of these spaces are available for hire.
Director of CCCB is Josep Ramoneda i Molins. For questions you can contact Mònica Muñoz-Castanyer Gausset (press).
