The Fotobookfestival (formerly known as AKA Fotofrühling) is an annual festival about photography books with exhibitions, lectures, portfolio- and book reviews and two awards: one for the best book published in the previous year, and one for the most promising dummy .

You can enter the workshop and review programmes by filling out the entry form on the website .

The Fotobook festival is organised by the Kasseler Fotoforum and takes place in Kassel, best known for the Documenta, a festival for contemporary art that takes place every 5 years. The festival takes place in the Documenta Halle.
